Commander DvD is one of the eldest members of the brotherhood. He has been a known figure to troops of both GDI and Nod since the very beginning of the Second Tiberium War.
His ability to control and manipulate the processings of computer systems and AI reach out also to the troops under his command. DvD has been one of the key figures to help
rebuild the Brotherhood since the fall of CABAL. He was the one to successfully implement the GDI EVA into the Nod systems, and has continued to work on it to help make
the brotherhood grow stronger and gain a firm control of the battlefield once more.
Like Jah, he gains the unwavering loyalty of those under him with the knowledge that his expertise and his experience will guide them to victory. He is one of the true charasmatic
leaders of the Brotherhood of Nod.
