This section covers some of the infantry units available to the Brotherhood of Nod.
The brothers of Kane are loyal to the technology of peace, and to Kane himself. They fight for Nod, and die for Nod.

Ammunition:Tiberium Core Joint Hollow Point (TCJHP) Bullets
Description: Basic Nod troop. They are slightly less armoured than the GDI Light Infantry and thus its faster. Their ammunition contain a small tiberium payload, which helps them fend off infantry even better, while fighting with vehicles becomes a problem. Their AR-212 assault rifles have large magazines, which allow them to fire with full auto mode, not risking that the ammo will end. At elite ranks they gain tiberium protection suits.

Description: These units are effective against vehicles and groups of infantry, they can also target air units. Since last conflicts their effective combat range has been seriously increased and they became a resonable threat for enemy tanks and mechs.

Description: These units can fry enemy soldiers. When it comes to vehicles these units fair off poorly, however its flamethrower is effective against buildings and is also the main weapon against tiberium lifeforms. Since all Nod infantry have been reequipped, Hellspit flamethrower squads now utilize new hazard suits that allow them to be used in groups not risking to set each other on fire. Also as the new role of a flamer today is fending off tiberium lifeforms, the Hellspit's hazard suit protects from tiberium.

Description: With the mutany of CABAL, and later its demise, Cyborgs no longer became a useable option for Nod Commanders. The Elite Cadre, although previously known, were not fully utilised on the battlefield, until now. Extra training facilities were developed to train enough Elite Cadres to help fill the void left by cyborgs. Although not as powerful as cyborgs, they are faster and carry a similar weapon. The chain gun has been fitted up with armour piercing bullets, allowing it to eat through most armour to some extent. Their numbers are limited, so use them wisely.

Description: The same as the GDI Engineer, no changes have been made since its previous use in the Tiberian Wars.. Vital in battle, although itself weaponless. The Engineer can be used to repair allied buildings to full health, repair destroyed bridges, and capture enemy structures. These units need to be guarded carefully, as they are poorly armoured.

Description: This is the ultimate one-man machine. A cloaked commando, armed with both C4 and an impressive Energy Rifle. The weapon was one of the last technological breakthroughs to be developed before the betrayal of CABAL, although not used out on the battlefield, until now. The X-5 Energy Rifle is a 2 weapon rifle. Its ranged pulses can both deal a small amount of damage to an armoured target, as well as immobilising it for a short period of time. While its second weapon, is a faster firing energy pulse used to fry infantry. A deadly unit, only deployed on special critical missions.
